Dennis Santiago
Chairman and CEO
Director of Global Risk and Policy Studies
Mr. Santiago has been doing policy analysis since 1981. He has hands on experience in global stability, military force structure, economics, high technology, and banking policy and regulations. He has served in CEO, COO, CFO and CTO capacities over his career. He invented the Imperfect Defense Theory of Strategic Missile Defense during the Cold War, helped pioneer the 1990’s invention of online news, and invented a Bank Safety and Soundness Monitoring System adopted by SEC during the 2008 crisis. Dennis has been active in community issues since 1992 when he first worked with Rebuild LA.
Dennis also operates a consulting firm that provides contract executive services to both for-profit and non-profit organizations.
His non-profit work includes working to help CDFI lenders build successful programs and infrastructure.

Hollie McKay
Member of the Board

Ms. Mckay is one of the world’s most respected war correspondents with experience covering conflicts worldwide. She has published thousands of news articles and authored books on the human cost of war. Her ability to interact with cultures from national leadership to impoverished refugees brings our organization a unique capability to design and execute studies of the human impact of national policies.
Hollie is an independent journalist, book author, and keynote speaker.

Sabrina Santiago, M.F.T.
Director of Small Business Mental Health and Programs
Ms. Santiago is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a passion to help improve the resiliency of entrepreneurs and their families as they undergo the ups-and-downs of operating a small business. Most business assistance programs only pay attention to business and financial skills, ignoring the very stresses entrepreneurship creates in the lives of business owners and their families.
Sabrina’s therapy practice specializes in the treatment of children with spectrum disorders.
